DELIVERY service method

We provide three delivery methods:

1. Pick up from store
2. Standard shipping
3. F Express

  Method 1 Pick up at store

As the arrangement of the goods takes time, customers are requested to pick up the goods at the store only after receiving the e-mail notification of the pickup.

***In order to protect the health and safety of employees and customers during the epidemic, if the delivery address is on the list of people diagnosed or home quarantined, the deliveryman will deliver the goods to the lobby of the building and call the customer to drop the goods to receive the goods. If the customer requests delivery service, the company will charge a fee according to the delivery area.

If there is no elevator at the delivery location or the goods must be delivered via stairs, customers must pay an additional HK$80 handling fee. For a single order of $500, the delivery fee will be waived.

We have delivery services to individual remote areas (additional charges apply)

 ↝ Tai O, Mui Wo and other areas of South Lantau, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island and Po Toi Island

The delivery service will be postponed when the typhoon signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when the website judges that the delivery is unsafe.

If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the customer's request to be placed in front of the door or collected by the management office/reception office, the customer will be responsible and will not receive a refund.

 Method 3 SF Express---Freight on delivery
Delivery takes 4-7 working days
Pick up the goods by yourself at the service station of SF Express. Freight payment method: freight collect. After the goods arrive at the service location of SF Express, the customer will receive a reminder message from SF Express. When the goods are picked up, the staff will charge the customer for shipping. Therefore, customers please make sure that the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise they will not receive the pickup SMS. Delivery time: If the stock is normally sufficient, the order will be delivered within 4-7 working days after the payment is confirmed.

Shipment tracking:

When the goods are sent out, the customer will receive a "delivered" notification email from us. The SF Express tracking number is displayed in the email. The customer can enter the tracking number on the following SF Express website to track the latest delivery status of the shipment

Common delivery problems:

What should I do if I do not receive the SF Express pickup notification SMS?

As SF Express sends out SMS, customers may be in locations with weak or no mobile phone signals, so they cannot receive the pickup notification SMS from them. For example, after the customer receives the "delivered" notification email from us If you don’t receive the SF Express SMS within two days, you can go directly to the SF Express hotline 2730 0273, press 1 to select Chinese, and then press 3 to contact the customer service staff, say your SF Express number and confirm your phone number When it is correct, ask them to send another SMS to your mobile phone. You can find the SF Express number in the middle of our shipped email.
